We take great pride in making our clients feel confident about their jobs during the production process. To help you gain a better understanding of what’s happening to your project, we’ve compiled a few helpful sections for setting up projects and learning more about the printing industry. We know it's a lot to take in, so you will always have this section to reference for the most common questions.
We have organized a Glossary of Terms (vocabulary) that we commonly use in our industry. As well as a page dedicated to the "How-To" of the graphic software tricks and tips. We are here to help our clients have a better understanding of the print industry through learning and education. Our talented Account Managers and Sales Representatives can answer most questions. If further details are needed, one of our Pre-Press Technicians is available for a more detailed and through look at what is needed for your project.
For starters, we've compiled some basic artwork requirements in this section. Things like "File Types", "Document Setup", "Color", "Images", and "Fonts & Text" include several helpful tips when preparing your files for production. Feel free to revist these mini guides as many times as you like to get confortable with the way your files should be prepared. Please note these are general requirements for most of the basic jobs and some requirements may change if your job is considered a non-standard size or configuration.
Watch out for the "Tech Nerd" comments. These sections will have a lot more in depth, detailed information for the most advanced file prepartion information.
