Thank you to all of our sponsors and guests who attended Royals Charities Diamond of Dreams, presented by Bank of Kansas City. 2015 was a record breaking year in attendance and proceeds for charity raising more than $265,000.
More than 1,500 people attended the foundation's signature event on Monday, August 31, which featured the Tiffany & Co. VIP Party and on-field event, appearances from current and former Royals and a performance by Island Records recording artists American Authors.
Proceeds from Diamond of Dreams will support Royals Charities' general fund. In 2014, Royals Charities donated $1.2 million to 104 Kansas City area organizations that support children, education, youth baseball/softball, or the military. Events like Diamond of Dreams are critical to Royals Charities' grant funding support provided to nonprofit organizations in the Kansas City area.
